The first page lists every player who played more then 270 minutes.
- TeamQual: Average quality of a player’s teammates. 150 would mean he played with teammates who performed 50% better then EPL average.
- OppoQual: Average quality of a player’s opponents. 50 would mean he played with opponents who performed 50% below EPL average.
- Co-Effecient: Average difference between OppQual and TeamQual. Multiply any of a player’s stats with his coefficient number to give him proper credit for the difficulty (or lack of) of his situation comparable to the rest of the league.
The concept being, RVP, assisted by Wilshere, Podolski, and i dunno, whoever, scoring against Blackburn Rovers is less impressive then some numpty like Benjani scoring against the likes of Nemanja Vidic and Wio Ferdinand assisted by whatever shit cast Blackburn rolls out. Full explanation can be found here.
The second page is the team coefficients, (what percentage better is the team then EPL average)
All of this work comes from the data provided by MCFC Analytics and Opta. Cheers to them, eh.
